What is a Fresh Prep Subscription?
Subscriptions are 4 and 12 week plans that reoccur on a weekly basis. With subscription we take the thought out of planning meal prep each week
How do I place my order?
You can order from the website by visiting the "shop" tab. If you need anything not on the site DM us on Facebook, text us or stop by the shop anytime!

all meals will be at the main store unless you get a delivery to Mid County, Orange, Beaumont.
Do I get to pick my Meals on a subscription?
On package plans you do not get to specify your meals. It is a set package with a mixture of all the meals from that week!
Do you ever run specials?
Wednesday is 20% off treats​
Thursday is 25% off smoothies
Friday is 50% off all meal prep on the shelf
